2. Customer Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our gift card selling service.

• You must provide accurate information.
• You must be legally authorized to sell the gift card.
• You must use payment methods you are authorized to use.

We may request reasonable verification information where necessary for security, transaction verification or legal compliance.

3. Supported Gift Cards

GiftBuyer.in may accept selected PlayStation, Roblox, Overwatch, League of Legends, Croma, Amazon and other supported gift cards.

Not every brand, region, currency or denomination is necessarily accepted. Confirm eligibility before submitting a card. A brand being listed does not guarantee that every card issued under that brand will be accepted.

4. Gift Card Submission

Depending on the features currently available, submissions may be made through an account or an available guest submission process.

Customers must provide accurate information, including the requested card details and payment information.

• Check the code carefully before submitting it.
• Do not submit a card you do not own or have authority to sell.
• Do not submit a card that has already been sold or transferred.
• Provide supporting proof of ownership if reasonably requested.

A submission is not a completed sale until it has been accepted under the applicable transaction terms.

5. Ownership and Lawful Source

By submitting a gift card, you confirm that:

• You are its lawful owner or authorized seller.

• You have the right to sell or transfer the card.

We may reject a submission if there is a reasonable concern about ownership, validity or unauthorized activity.

6. Gift Card Verification

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and payment is not due merely because a code has been submitted.

7. Invalid Codes and Temporary Blocking

• The restriction is intended to protect the service against repeated invalid submissions and potential abuse.
• The invalid-attempt counter is intended to reset after the temporary restriction expires.
• A confirmed already-redeemed or used code may be rejected and may trigger a temporary restriction.
• Further suspicious activity may lead to additional verification or account review.

An accidental typing error does not, by itself, establish fraud. We may consider the available information and circumstances before applying additional restrictions.

These terms describe the intended policy. Actual enforcement depends on the security controls implemented on the website.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Repeatedly submit invalid or used codes to abuse the service.

• Use the service for unlawful activity.

Where justified, we may reject submissions, restrict access, investigate suspected misuse or take other lawful action.

9. Buying Rates and Offers

Gift card rates may vary according to brand, denomination, currency, region, demand, availability and verification results.

Before proceeding, the customer should review the proposed payable amount and applicable conditions. If the final proposed amount changes materially, customer approval will be sought before proceeding with the changed amount, where applicable.

A rate displayed at an earlier time should not be treated as a guaranteed future offer unless expressly confirmed for the relevant transaction.

10. Payment Policy

Payment is processed after successful verification and approval of the gift card transaction.

Depending on the transaction, supported methods may include:

Customers must provide correct payment details. Processing times may vary due to verification, banking operations, payment providers, network conditions or other relevant factors.

No fixed payment deadline is promised by these terms unless a specific timeline has been expressly communicated and agreed for the transaction.

11. Rejected Gift Cards

A submission may be rejected if:

• The code is invalid, incorrect or unreadable.
• The card has already been redeemed or has no usable balance.
• The card is expired or otherwise ineligible.
• The brand, denomination, region or currency is unsupported.
• Ownership cannot reasonably be established.
• The card cannot be verified or raises a reasonable fraud concern.

Where appropriate, customers may be asked to correct an input error or provide additional information.

12. Cancellation Policy

A customer may request cancellation before a gift card has been accepted or processed. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the transaction's current status.

Once a gift card has been accepted for the transaction, transferred, redeemed or otherwise processed, the customer cannot ordinarily cancel or independently reverse the sale.

Nothing in this policy excludes any cancellation, refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary because of repeated invalid submissions, suspected fraud, materially false information, security threats, attempts to bypass restrictions or applicable legal requirements.

Account restrictions do not automatically cancel a valid payment obligation for a transaction already completed. Outstanding matters will be handled in accordance with the transaction circumstances and applicable law.

Gift cards are issued by their respective brands or issuers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GiftBuyer.in does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by PlayStation, Roblox, Overwatch, League of Legends, Croma, Amazon or any other listed issuer.

The issuer's terms may govern redemption, validity, regional restrictions and transferability.

16. Website Availability and Security
